East Bay Paratransit Services are available to individuals who are:

1. Residents of the City of Alameda.


2. Unable to drive and unable to use public transportation (AC Transit buses or BART trains) independently due to a medical or disabling condition.

To apply for City of Alameda Paratransit’s Premium Taxi Program or Scholarship Program, please do one of the following:

1. Download an application form (choose below) and return it to Mastick Senior Center in Alameda.
   • Premium Taxi Program
   • Scholarship Program


2. Visit or call Mastick Senior Center to pick up an application form. Staff is available to answer any questions or assist you with your application.
